Yes — we offer both virtual (video call) and in-person consultations. Many clients across the DMV prefer virtual meetings, especially in the early planning stages. All we need is access to your space dimensions, which we can walk you through how to measure.
We serve the entire DMV metro area — Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This includes Fairfax County, Arlington, McLean, Alexandria, Loudoun County, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County, among others.
If you're outside these areas, contact us — we may still be able to help, particularly for permit and drafting services.

Yes. Material and finish guidance is part of the design process. We help align cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and finish selections so the final design feels cohesive, practical, and consistent with your budget and style goals.

Revision rounds are included in our flat-rate packages. The exact number depends on the scope of your project — we discuss this upfront during the consultation so there are no surprises. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied before we finalize drawings.
We use flat-rate pricing — meaning you know exactly what you'll pay before we begin. Fees vary by project type and scope. Kitchen and bathroom design packages differ from residential addition or basement finishing packages.
We don't publish prices online because every project is unique. The best way to get an accurate quote is to schedule a free consultation where we can assess your specific space and goals.
No — we use flat-rate project pricing, not hourly billing. This gives you cost certainty from the start and aligns our incentives with yours. We're motivated to work efficiently and deliver quality, not to bill hours.
Yes. Your first consultation with Anthony is complimentary. It's an opportunity for us to understand your project and for you to understand how we work — before any commitment is made on either side.

In many cases, yes. If you have a specific deadline — a contractor start date, a permit deadline, or a seasonal target — let us know upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it. We have accommodated rush projects in the past for an additional fee.
We are a design firm — we don't do construction. Our role is to provide the design and permit-ready drawings your contractor needs to do their job correctly. You can bring your own contractor, or ask us for recommendations — we work with many reputable contractors across the DMV.
Yes. We remain available throughout the construction phase to answer contractor questions about our drawings and to provide any clarifications needed to keep your project on track. Our drawings are designed to minimize miscommunication and reduce back-and-forth.
