The owners of a sophisticated residence on Vermont Ave. NW DC, sought a complete transformation of their dated kitchen into an open, contemporary culinary hub, perfect for both daily family life and entertaining, with a strong emphasis on high-end finishes and smart appliance integration.
KDP provided a bespoke design solution. We started with an in-depth consultation to capture their aesthetic preferences and functional requirements. Our design process included developing multiple layout options, focusing on flow, ergonomics, and maximizing views. The selected design featured a large island with waterfall countertops, integrated professional-grade appliances, custom minimalist cabinetry, and a layered lighting scheme. We delivered detailed floor plans, elevations, cabinet specifications, and stunning 3D renderings that vividly portrayed the new space, enabling the client to fine-tune every element.
